Terms of Service

1. The service
Jobs Room is a private job-application tracker: it stores your documents, applications, notes, and timelines so you can organize your job search. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
2. Your account
You must register with an accurate email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity where you live, to register.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other users' data, no scraping, no reverse-engineering, and no activity that degrades the service for others. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
4. Your content
Your CVs, applications, and notes remain yours. By using the service you grant us only the technical permissions needed to store and serve them back to you. We claim no ownership and make no use of your content beyond operating the service.
5. Other people's details
If you store other people's contact details — for example professional references — you confirm you have their permission to store them and to share them with employers through the service.
6. Price
The service is currently free. If paid plans are ever introduced, pricing changes are announced in advance and take effect only as a new terms version.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
Material changes to these terms are announced in advance and take effect as a new version; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version you accepted is recorded on your account.
